I’m Alex - Jesus follower, fitness instructor, book lover, and passionate advocate for sovereign birth. I live just outside the city with my husband, two dogs, three cats, and working on chickens. I love serving mamas in ATL and beyond (I’ll travel for a good time!).I believe God gifted women with the divine ability to create life + birth beautifully. Your birthing decisions are yours alone and birth is a sacred, spiritual rite of passage. It’s an honor to be in your birth space—to encourage you, hold your hand, and remind you of your strength as you bring your baby into the world.

I am currently booked for 2026. All pricing reflects 2027 homebirth pricing for doula and photography services.Here’s what’s included:Prenatal Support:Two prenatal visits where we will likely take walks or hang at a coffee shop. One Birth Prep visit to prepare for labor, create a birth plan, and practice management techniques with you and dad in the comfort of your home.
I'm available for questions and reassurance your entire pregnancy while we work together. I'll be on-call support from 38 weeks until delivery.Labor & Birth Support:Continuous physical + emotional support during your whole labor. Immediate postpartum assistance in the first hours after birth for a smooth transition for you and baby.Postpartum Visit:Within the first week after birth, I’ll visit your home to check in on you, debrief your birth experience, provide postpartum support, + help with chores around the house. This time is all about meeting the unique needs of your postpartum experience.1 FREE prenatal pilates + stretch class to help learn exercises and movements to use through pregnancy$1550
